Manchester United: Marcus Rashford Signs Four-year Contract, Set To Earn Bumper Wages Of £200,000-a-week
England forward Marcus Rashford has extended his stay at Manchester United for another four years with a year extension clause.
Rashford, who started his footballing career at the club from the academy, signed the new contract that lasts until 2023 on Tuesday which he stands to earn £200,000-a-week from.
The 21-year-old future at Old Trafford previously in doubt following links to Barcelona which were confident in securing a deal with him weeks ago until that prospect becomes not feasible today after he finalised on a new contract with United.
"Manchester United has been everything in my life since I arrived here at the age of season," Rashford said at a press conference on committing more years to the club.
"I will be giving everything I have to help get this club back to where it belongs and deliver the success that our fans deserve."
Last season, he contributed 10 goals to United's season campaign in the Premier League which they finished in sixth position for an appearance in the UEFA Europa League for the second season in a row.
