Manchester United Agree On Terms Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes
Manchester United's third signing this summer is close to being Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes with whom they have agreed on terms.
Ole Solksjaer Gunnar has completed his first two signings who are Aaron Wan-Bissaka (£50m from Crystal Palace) and Daniel James (£18m from Swansea City) and now he is sticking up £31 million for a deal with the Portuguese midfielder.
As revealed by an insider Nicolo Schira, the Gazzette dello Sport journalist confirmed in a tweeted message that United hope to secure a deal with the 24-year-old soon after they have agreed to terms with his representatives on Monday.
It was also believed that Liverpool are also linked to the Portuguese but are now understood to be looking elsewhere as the club is asking for £51 million for the player.
Aside, from this impending signing of Fernandes, Marcus Rashford extended his stay at the club until 2023 after signing a new contract for a wage of £200,00-a-week on Monday.
Solksjaer, who on his debut, led the team to finish the season in the sixth position for an appearance in Europa League for the second season in a row, is also lining bid up for Leicester City defender Maguire for whopping £70 million.
