Kawhi Leonard Agrees To Four-Year Contract, $142 Million With L.A Clippers As Team Also Win Paul George From OKC Thunder

Who would have thought L.A Clippers will be receiving two strategically good players in the person of Kawhi Leonard from Toronto Raptor and Paul George of OKC Thunder?

It became obvious early this morning that Leonard will to return to Raptors, the franchise he won the NBA Championship with, and will be joining Goerge at Clippers according to reports.

On Friday, Clippers signed the two-time NBA Finals MVP to a four-year maximum contract of $142 contract and they will send to Thunder Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Danilo Gallinari alongside four other unprotected first-round draft pick in a swap deal for the Paul George.

ESPN insider Adrain Wojnarowski revealed the development of Leonard and George's trade and also revealed in a separate tweet that "Danny Green will sign a two-year, £30 million deal with Los Angeles Lakers."

Meanwhile, it was previously thought Leonard will be set for L.A Lakers until last night when he took a tremendous turn and waived joining LeBron James and Anthony Davis at Lakers for their next-door neighbours.

On Sunday, Kevin Durant made shocking decision not to return to Golden State Warriors and agree to a four-year deal of $164 million with Brooklyn Nets. Kyrie Irving also left Boston Celtics to join Durant at the franchise for a contract of $142 million that will run for four years.
