Sevilla FC Appoint Julen Lopetegue As Club's New Manager

Former Spain national team manager Julen Lopetegue has returned to management, appointed by Sevilla as a replacement for Pablo Muchin on a three-year contract.
The former Real Madrid manager reigned at Bernabeu for only four and a half month after he was sacked by Spain on the eve of 2018 World Cup in Russia, for entering into a contract with the club without the knowledge the Spanish Football Federation.
"Julen Lopetegui already exercises as coach of the #SevillaFC. ," Sevilla confirmed the appointment of the 52-year-old in a caption to Instagram pictures update on Tuesday.
Former manager Muchin was sacked in March after the club was eliminated from the Europa League in the knockout stages by a 4-3 defeat to Slavia Praha. He was then replaced with  Joaquin Caparros who took over from him as caretaker manager.
