Romelu Lukaku Closes On Two-Year Loan Move To Inter Milan For £63 Million

Romelu Lukaku is closer to securing a loan move to Inter Milan this summer as the club is reportedly considering a two-year deal worth £9 million with Manchester United.

Inter, who just appointed Antonio Conte as its team manager, will be open to buying players after resolving issues of Financial Fair Play (FFP) with UEFA by month end.

The Belgian international's move might eventually end the contract spell with United as Inter's proposed deal also includes a buy-out clause of £54 million.

Lukaku has not been a favourite forward under Ole Solksjaer Gunnar who would start Marcus Rashford instead and that has left the 26-year-old frustration since the arrival of the Norwegian.

The England international, Rashford, was in fantastic on the arrival of Solksjaer who was first appointed as interim manager before he became a permanent manager on a three-year contract. He finished the season with 27 goals and 14 assists.

However, Lukaku, in his two years spell at United after a move from Everton has a record of 28 goals in 66 appearances.
