NBA Playoffs Final: Golden State Warriors Concede Game 3 To Trail 2-1 Behind Toronto Raptors
It is not looking pretty on Golden State Warriors by the way they were thrashed by Toronto Raptors in Game 3 to take a 2-1 lead of the NBA Finals.
With the like of Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson ruled out for injuries, the Canadian side had the best of the game overpowering the defending champions with Kawhi Leonard raking in 30 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
The defending champions were kept in the trail throughout the stretch as Kyle Lowry came out on the offensive dropping big shots to keep Raptors ahead despite Steve Curry hitting a game-high scoring of 47 points with eight rebounds and seven assists.
Lowry really made it a tough game for Golden State, propelling Raptors to take the crucial game at Oracle Arena. He notched up 23 points, four rebounds and nine while Pascal Siakam added up 18 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
At some point, the game got dramatic for Lowry who had a dispute with a Golden State fan but the situation was quickly addressed from getting out of hands.
"He reached over and put his hands on me for no reason and then he said a couple vulgar words to me and repeated them repeatedly," said the Philadelphia native knocked down five three-pointers and 8-in-9 shots from the field.
"In our league, there's no place for that. Honestly, I hope he is never allowed to come (back) to an NBA game. He shouldn't have done that. There's no place for that."
Draymond Green finished the disappointing game with 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists and Andre Iguodala had a sober 11 points, six rebounds and three assists.
