Daniel Sturridge And Alberto Moreno Will Leave Liverpool This Summer
It is the end of the road for Daniel Sturridge at Liverpool likewise Alberto Moreno as the club manager Jurgen Klopp said both players will leave this summer.
Danny started his professional football career at Manchester City for three seasons and moved to Chelsea from where he joined Liverpool having spent four seasons at Stanford Bridge.
Klopp who led Reds to win their first Champions League title since 2005/06 affirmed his decision to release the two players this summer saying, "The most important words to say to these two remarkable players are 'thank you'."
Speaking about the players' impact on the club, he praised both for having made their mark on the club especially after winning the UEFA Champions League. No doubt, they will be missed.
"We will miss them of course, but we can say farewell with the best words possible: Guys you leave as European champions."
