Cuba Gooding Jr. Surrenders Self To Police For Allegedly Touching Woman's Breast Without Consent

Cuba Gooding Jr. has been arrested and held in police custody for an allegation levelled against by a woman who claimed he groped her without consent on Sunday night at a night bar in Manhattan.
The Oscar-winning actor has been a wanted man by the authorities since the incidence but turned in at the Manhattan Special Victim Unit on Thursday and is facing two count charges of forceful touching and misdemeanour.
Before surrendering himself to the police, the star actors on Tuesday denied his involvement any wrongdoings at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge where a woman called 911 that actor touched her breast.
However, his lawyer Peter Toumbekis was quoted as saying that his client turned himself in being someone who is "very respectful of the process" and would like to follow the "protocol" through with "faith and trust in the process."
