Real Madrid longest-serving player Sergio Ramos has asked to leave the club for an unnamed Chinese Super League club.
Perez Florentino confirmed the club's captain request to leave but unfortunately would not allow the centre-back to leave for free to China.
The club's president, Perez, told a Spanish radio station Onda Cero, that Ramos has received a huge offer from the Chinese side which wants him without paying his transfer fee.
"They came to see me at the office and they told me that they had a very good offer from China," Perez told the radio station "But that the rules there do not allow them to pay the transfer."
Rules attached to the offer is one that Perez can not agree to and he told Ramos and his agent that "It was impossible for Real Madrid to let their captain go for free."
Ramos who joined the club from Sevilla in 2005 has two more season to run in his contract and during his 14 years stint at Bernabue has won four La Liga titles, four Champions League titles and two Copa del Rey.
