Olivier Giroud Extends Contract With Chelsea
Olivier Giroud will be staying at Stanford Bridge for yet another season as he has signed a new contract with the club on Tuesday.
Initially, he was set to run out of contract with the club this summer but since he has extended his contract, he will be donning the club's jersey until summer of 2020.
"I am very happy to sign a new contract," says Giroud who also expressed his desire to win "more trophies" with the club which will play against Arsenal Europa League final on on May 29.
The Frenchman, who joined Chelsea from Arsenal in January last year assisted the club in winning the FA Cup in his debut.
