Nigerian Singer Asa Announces New Album Release Date

After nearly five years hiatus, Nigerian pop singer Asa is making a comeback with her new studio project and her fourth album this year.
Following an Instagram video update on Friday, the French-born artist teased of her oncoming album and announced the release date to be on May 14.
The footage did not give any clue of what the album title is but showed a man dancing and a quick glimpse of Asa in a blue background. 
Last year, the 34-year-old told Sahara TV during an interview that her new album was already in the making and will definitely be released early in the new year. 
"My next album is ready and I am excited," she said "I am very excited to introduce it to people. So, early next year. There is going to be a tour definitely, Nigeria."
