NBA Playoffs: Golden State Warriors Eliminate Houston Rockets In Game 6 of the Western Conference Semi-final

Golden State contest for a place in the final has now been settled with a 118-113 win on the road to Houston Rockets in Game 6 on Friday night despite Kevin Durant's absence.
Curry dropped 33 points, five rebounds, and four assists as Golden State would progress into their five consecutive Western Conference final.
Rockets gave it all their best keeping abreast with Golden State in scoring in the first half and blasted off ahead with Chris Paul posting double threes and James Harden followed with a three to by 68-74 mid-way third quarter.
Steve Curry inspired a comeback to level the scoreboard and Rockets retaliated through Paul inspiring the side to outlast Warriors in the third by 82-87.
Golden State got fired up in the fourth with Curry doing two threes and a two-point drop in before Klay Thompson dropped a three-point to leapfrog into the lead over Rockets by 110-104 with 36.1 seconds remaining. They sealed the game with Curry scoring a free throw to come out atop in Game 6 by 4-2.
Rockets, in the end, failed to push the series into Game 7 despite a game-high scoring of 35 points, eight rebounds and five assists from Harden and would follow their stead from last season playoffs when they were eliminated in Game 7 after losing on the road to Golden State by 101-92.
Chris Paul ended the postseason series with a double-double of 27 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists while Warriors' Klay Thompson dropped 27 points, two rebounds, and two assists.
