NBA Playoffs Finals: Toronto Raptors Thrash Golden State 118-109 In Game 1

Golden State Warriors were rendered perplexed as Toronto Raptors had them down to win the opening game of the NBA Final series at Scotiabank Arena.
In the absence of Kevin Durant, Steve Curry could not change the fate of the game against the dominating Raptors despite hitting a game-high scoring 35 points, five rebounds, five assists and one steal.
Curry was well contained and not afforded space but finished the game with his 100th three-point field goal in NBA final and that made him the first player ever to record the milestone.
Raptors dominated the game from the jump and shrugged off Warriors trail by the half time and took a 10-point lead with Pascal Siakam and Kawhi Leonard raking up 55 points combined.
Pascal Siakam completed 14-in-17 shooting to the board for Raptors with 32 points, eight rebounds and five assists and Kawhi Leonard followed up with 23 points, eight rebounds and five assists.
Kyle Lowry closed the game with a deep shot for a three-point with 29.7 seconds remaining as Raptors took a 1-0 lead in Game 1 of the NBA finals.
"It's amazing and it just proves that if you put the work in, man, and it's something that it's so cliche, but that's the story of my life," Siakam admitted he played the game of his career against Warriors.
"Just going out there every single night, working hard to get to this level, and knowing that I have so much to learn and I have so much room to improve and grow."
Marc Gascol added up 20 points, seven rebounds and an assist whilst Lowry finished with a career-low of seven points, six rebounds and nine assists.
Draymond Green notched up triple-double with 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and Klay Thompson added up 21 points.
