NBA Playoffs: Denver Nuggets Pass Portland Trail Blazers 124-98 To Take 3-2 Lead In Game 5 Series

Denver Nuggets are a step away from the Western Conference final after winning 124-98 in their Game 5 series with Portland Trail Blazers with Nikola Jokic dropping a double-double of 25 points, 19 rebounds.
It was not a regular aggressive game for Blazers which were outclassed by Nuggets in both halves of the game to ease through for 26-point margin blowout of Blazer and took a 3-5 lead in the series.
Jamal Murray and Paul Millsap were also inspirational to Denver's victory especially in the first half of the game as Millsap scored raked in 19 of his 24 points in the first half and Murray was instrumental to the second quarter blow out to Blazers.
Damian Lillard and C.J McCollum had a humble game as they both barely had a chance to inspire a comeback unlike they would in their series with OKC.
Both players finished the game with a solo 34 point combine even Seth Curry who was sensational in Game 4, only manage to put 7 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists up on the board.
"When all else fails, you've got to guard Millsap...He's a handful for guys to guard because he's in the paint, he's making face-up jumper, he's making 3s. In transition, you've got to find him, " Lillard said afterwards
