Europa League Last 4: Arsenal To Take On Chelsea In Final After Beating Valencia 4-2 (Aggr. 7-3)
Arsenal will be meeting their next-door neighbour Chelsea in all-English Europa League final after they both clubs won their second leg tie on Thursday.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted a hat-trick in Arsenal's 4-2 away victory against Valencia to qualify for the final on an aggregate of 7-3 whilst Chelsea made it through after a penalty shoot Eintracht at Stanford Bridge Stadium.
Gunners entered the match with a 3-1 advantage from the first leg but that was narrowed as Kevin Gameiro tapped into the net Parejo's cross from inside the area and Aubameyang equalized the scoring with a superb right-footed shot to Alexander Lacazette headed pass from outside the box.
Lacazette put Gunners in the lead drilling a shot home from inside the area after the break and Gameiro soon tied the scoring by beating Petr Cech with a side-footed flick.
Aubameyang reclaimed the lead for Arsenal sliding to tap in Ainsley Maitland-Niles cross and completed the hat-trick late into the match after Henrikh Mkhitaryan linked him for a strike from inside the box.
Arsenal and Chelsea followed in the stead of their English counterparts Liverpool and Tottenham which will be facing each other for an all-English Champions League final on June 1.
in addition, it will be the first since 1972 when it will be an all-English final in the UEFA Europa League competition.
