Chelsea Demand £130 Million For Eden Hazard As Player Edges Close To Joining Real Madrid
Eden Hazard's future is presently set for Real Madrid but Chelsea want the Spaniards to up their bid for the player.
Real valuation for the Belgian who has a season to run in his contract at £88 million and that is lesser than what Chelsea's expectation which is reportedly at £130 million for the attacking midfielder who has scored 108 goals in 351 appearances.
Having said that, both parties are understood to be in talks on reaching an agreement on a deal for the 28-year-old and as garnered by Sky Sports is handled by Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia.
Last year, during the Fifa World Cup event in Russia, Hazard teased of his interest in moving to Bernabeu and that now is closer to becoming a reality ever since Zinedine Zidane was reappointment as the club's manager - the Frenchman is also keen on landing Manchester United's Paul Pogba at the club.
When RMC Sports asked the midfielder about his interest in Real Madrid he replied saying, "I do not think about any of that...I only think about winning the match, then what has to happen will happen."
The Belgian who switched to the Premier League side from Ligue 1's Lille in 2012 is currently the club leading star player and it is certain that his seven years spell at Chelsea is set to end this summer.
