Warrior Clinch Top Seed In West. Conference In Season Finale 131-104 Win Over Clippers

Golden State Warrior booked their place in the playoffs as the Western Conference top seed with 131-104 home win over Los Angeles Clippers.
Last night's match will be Warrior's late at Oracle Arena in Oakland and will be moving to a new Chase Center in San Francisco in next season.
Having won five games in a row to improve 56-24 with two games remaining before postseason championship, Warrior shoved top spot rivals Denver Nuggets to second place in the West.
Head coach Steve Kerr described the team's final game at Oracle Arena after 47 years as "ceremonial" and expressed his gratitude to his players and fans saying, "Thank you to everybody we love you and we'll see you in the playoffs."
With seven players ending the game with double-digits points, Steve Curry led the standouts with 27 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists.
"It's definitely a different feel. Just in terms of what tonight means," Curry said of their last game at Oracle "Closing oit 47 regular seasons playing in this building...Just a night of celebration blending the history and tge present, and [I'm] looking forward to next weekend."
