Shazam Takes Box Office Top Spot With $56.7M Opening Gross
Warner Bros' superhero film 'Shazam' started off atop the box office with $53.4m from the domestic market on its opening weekend.
Despite being DC Film's lowest debut in four years after Fantastic Four, it hauled in a remarkable $102m from the international, bringing its gobal cumul to a whopping $158.7 million - adding $3.3m from preview screening to its domestic gross.
