Rapper TI Teams Up With Church To Bail Out Nonviolent Offenders For Easter

Rapper Clifford Joseph Harris otherwise known as TI, made the Easter season a memorable one for nonviolent offenders whom he helped secure their release from prison before the break.
In partnership with Atlanta-based New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, seven women and sixteen men were released from prison to spend the holiday with their families.
The team which also comprises Scrapp Deleon from the reality show "Love and Hip Hop" raise the sum of $120,000 for the purpose of freeing inmates during the Lent period, according to Fox 5.
Anthony Gordon, who imprisoned for car theft, narrated how he felt when he learnt that he set to be released via intercom that he hit the device in disbelieve and replied: "Are y'all sure you're calling me."
The church's senior pastor, Dr Jamal Bryant, praised his congregation and everyone who participated in the program for being a "good Samaritan" to those in need of help.
