Premier League: Raheem Sterling's Brace Leads Manchester City To Beat Crystal Palace 3-1
Raheem Sterling led the winning way for Manchester City with a brace to see the side through 3-1 away game victory against Crystal Palace.
City yet trail in second place behind their rivals Liverpool but have maintained unbeaten run in nine Premier League games anyways.
During the game well dominated by City, Sterling receieved a pass from Kevin de Bruyne and sprinted clear before planting the ball in the goal to put the side ahead in 15th minutes.
After the break, the England international doubled the lead for his first brace of the season, tapping home Sane Leroy's cross from inside the area.
Palace's Luke Milivojevic seized a free-kick to score the side's only goal of the game and City's Gabriel Jesus widening the lead yet again with a nice finish on the full time.
Meanwhile, Sterling could have made it an hat-trick had he scored opened the scoring earlier in 10th minutes, instead he shot the ball wide from 8-yard.
"Today's gamewas really good after the Champions League defeat - the stage was not way," Pep Guardiola recalled his team's 1-0 loss to Tottenham on Tuesday.
