Premier League: Manchester City Are Back In Top Spot After Beating Manchester United 2-0

Manchester City regained the top spot of the league table with a 2-0 away victory over United and are just a point clear their closest rivals Liverpool.
Prior to the derby, Pep Guardiola had sent out a strong warning to Manchester United that Old Trafford is no more what his team would fear and it turned out to be true.
After a goalless first half, the tune of the game changed dramatically with the introduction of Leroy Sane and it did not before Bernando Silva slammed a left footed shot into the goal for City's first goal.
Sergio Aguero immediately followed with an attempted curly shot that caught the bottom of the left pole and went out of touch.
Just after United's Jesse Lingard wasted a chance from inside the area, City responded with Leroy pounding into the net City's second goal and seal the side's away victory at Old Trafford.
Unfortunately, it will be United's second Premier League game defeat in a row after an embarrassing 4-0 loss to Everton on Sunday.
City are bidding for a back-to-back defense of the title this season and are bitterly trailed by Liverpool with a point.
