Premier League: Liverpool Thrash Huddersfield 5-0, Regain Top Spot Of The Table

Liverpool returned to the top spot of the table with an emphatic 5-0 home victory over Huddersfield with Naby Keita opening the scoring with the club's earliest goal in the Premier League.
The opening goal scored by the Guinean midfielder would be the club's 100th goal this season and it came through with a pass from Mo Salah and he simply kicked it through to the bottom right of the net.
In less than half an hour, Mane added in the second goal with a header to Andrew Robertson's cross and Salah scored the third goal on the brink of half time, lobbing the ball over Huddersfield's goalkeeper Jonas Lossl.
After the break, Mane found another scoring chance from Jordan Henderson's cross and headed the ball home for the fourth and his second goal of the game. Late into the match, Salah completed the scoring with the fifth goal for his 25th goal of the season in all competitions.
Huddersfield, on two occasions, was close to getting a goal especially a glaring chance missed by Karlan Grant which he could just tap in. However, it is certain that Huddersfield will be relegated this season as they are at the bottom with 14 points.
Having won the match, Jurgen Klopp's side improved to 91 points in the table leading their closest rivals Manchester City with two points as they extended their winning streak to 10 consecutive matches in all competitions.
