Premier League: Eden Hazard's Brace Lifts Chelsea To Third Place After Beating West Ham 2-0

Chelsea will have Eden Hazard to thank for the team's much needed victory over West Ham that leapfrogged them to third place in the Premier League table.
Brilliant display of individual skill from Hazard culminated in the opening goal as he dribbled his way through from 30-yard from the goal and delivered the ball into the net in 24th minutes.
Late on full time, the Belgian doubled the lead, but his time he was assisted by Ross Barkley with a through pass and he smacked the ball into the goal for a brace.
Unfortunately for Chelsea, Hazard is strongly linked to Real Madrid which have been in talks with his club for a deal of well over €100 million due to be completed in summer.
However, not yet a comfortable third place to celebrate for Chelsea with Tottenham trailing in fourth place by two points and Arsenal followed in fifth place with 63 points.
