NBA Playoffs: Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson Boost Golden State's Lead Over Clippers To 3-1

Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson combined effort led Golden State Warriors to improve 3-1 having won 113 - 105 on road trip to L.A Clippers in Game 3 of the NBA playoffs series.
Both sides kept abreast in the scoring until the fourth quarter when Golden State began to pull away for an eight-point lead by midway the decider and wrapped it for their second winning streak with KD taking the pole position in the standouts with 33 points, 6 assists, and 7 rebounds.
Whilst Steve Curry could not get the ball to the bucket missing his first six shots from the field, Thompson took up that responsibility and raked up 32 points and one rebound.
Golden State maintained the eight-point lead margin they had from the first half through to the buzzer despite Clippers' resurgence in the third quarter trimming the deficit by 87:84 before they finally drifted off in the fourth quarter.
"Klay was just amazing. K.D was consistent the whole game," Curry who ending the game with 12 points, 7 assists and 10 rebounds praised his teammates "For us, obviously with the threats we have out there, it is just a matter of trying to be as patient as possible."
