Warriors Concede Worst Defeat In 12 Years To Dallas Maverick
Resting Steve Curry did not pay off for Golden State Warriors during their home game with Dallas Maverick which ended as their heaviest defeat of the season.
Maverick are second bottom in the Eastern Conference and still were strongly offensive and controlled the game through the stretch to win by 91-126.
Kevin Durant could not help Warriors recover from Maverick's dominance neither could Klay Thompson spring any surprise, as they trail by 39 points early in the fourth. Meanwhile, Luka Doncic propelled his team to win their game on road trip in March, raking in triple-double 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Durant led the standouts with 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in a game that ended as their worst defeat since 2007 and coach Steve Kerr's worst since his appoint in 2014 according ESPN data.
Having said that, Warriors improve 49-23 and now have slid to second place behind Denver Nuggets in Western Conference.
