R Kelly Denies Doing Anything Unlawful To Women, Describes Allegations As Lacking "Common Sense"
Not until an interview with Gayle King, R Kelly hasn't granted any interview on allegations of sexual abuse of women and girls over which he has been charged for 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault.
Speaking during the interview on CBS on Tuesday, the R&B singer dismissed any of the allegations as not been true and called out to the public to use their "common sense" over this.
When asked if he accepted to have done anything wrong when it comes to women, he admitted he has done many things wrong in many relationships and has apologised in those relationships. Notwithstanding, says hasn't done anything unlawful to any of them.
Regarding his docuseries 'Surviving R Kelly', he dismissed all the allegations as being "untrue" stating that they all said something wrong about him. That to him couldn't be true and are basically "lying" on him.
Kelly's prosecutors alleged they have recovered clips of him sexually abusing underage girls during their nationwide investigations, but his lawyer Steve Greenberg maintained his client has not been involved in any of the claims.
"I didn't do this stuff, this is not me. I'm fighting for my f**king life," he said sobbing, almost bursting into tears during the interview with Gayle.
The "Happy People" singer was released from incarceration for abuse charges on bail set at $100,000 posted by an anonymous female fan.
Kelly alleged his accusers of regurgitating issues from his past which he "already beat" for good and are now attempting to double jeopardise him, that is "not fair, It's not fair to anyone."
"How stupid would it be for R Kelly, with all I've been through in my way, my past, to hold somebody - let alone, four, five, six, 50 you said - how stupid would I be to do that? Use your common sense!" he said.
