NAACP Awards 2019: Black Panther, Black-ish Tops As Beyoncé Takes Entertainer of the Year
The 50th annual ceremony of the NAACP Image Awards held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, was amazing night for Ryan Cooglar's directed superhero film Black Panther and Anthony Anderson's 'Black-ish' which dominated the winners list.
Whilst Black-ish raked in most awards in drama, hip hop icon Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson's drama "Power" also went away with two awards - best drama series and Omari Hardwick won best actor for the series.
Also making to the podium for an award, was hip hop mogul Shawn "JAY-Z" Cater and his wife Beyoncé K. Carter, who recieved President's Award for distinguish public service and entertainer of the year respectively.
