Rocket Lose 121-111 To Timberwolves As James Harden Ties Wilt Chamberlain On Record Set For 30-Point Scoring

James Harden has kept his 30-point scoring streak through 31 games to tie record set by Wilt Chamberlain for the second longest ever recorded in NBA history.
Despite putting 42 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists for Rockets, the beard MVP titlist could not win the game for his team gainst Minnesota Timberwolves and loss 121-111 on Wednesday night at Target Center.
It all looked like Rockets were going to have the day until late third quarter when Wolves switched on on them and went on in fourth quarter to win despite Harden posting triple threes to help save the game for his side.
The game finished with seven of Wolves' players havinv double points scoring with Jeff Teague leading the board by putting up 27 points, 3 rebounds and 12 assists. He was followed by Karl-Anthony Towns with 25 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Speaking after game, Harden pointed out that his team " have no tendencies right now" but he knows is that "the tendency is just to come out slow in the third quarter."
However, Harden did not just lead the scoring but has scored 40+ points for five straight games in a row and matches record set for the feat in NBA history by Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson and Kobe Bryant.
Im the past 10 games, Harden currently has improved better than he was at the start to the season having an average scoring point of 41.5 with 7.6 for rebound and 7.7 for assists.
