Premier League: Chelsea Endure Worse Defeat In 28 Year To Manchester City By 6-0

What a humiliating defeat it was for Chelsea on their trip to Etihad Stadium where they lose 6-0 to Manchester City with Sergio Aguero scoring a hat-trick.
City wasted no time in bashing Blues and in less than half an hour, they were already left to struggle through the game for Maurizio Sarri's worst defeat in Premier League game.
Raheem Sterling started the goal campaign in 4th and shortly after Aguero missed a glaring to scored, the Argentine smashed home a right footed shot from 25-yard to double the lead for City.
Minutes laters, Aguero netted in the third goal when Chelsea's Ross Barkley headed pass for clearance landed at his feet. Again, Ilkay Gundogan seized simikar chance when N'Golo Kante blocked Aguero's shot and the ball bounced straight to his reach and he shot in throught to the post from 20-yard for the fourth goal in 25th minutes.
After tge break, Sterling drew a penalty for City when Chelsea's Azpilicueta brought in down in the box and Aguero converted it for City's fifth and his 11th hat-trick in the League.
Sterling rounded up the scoring by finishing Oleksandr Zinchenko's pass from inside the area for City's sixth. What a long night that was for Chelsea?
This will be hard for Chelsea to remember as it is their biggest defeat since 1991 when they lost 7-0 at Notthingham Forest - inversly, it was City's biggest in the Premier League since winning 7-2 against Stoke in 2017.
Whilst Aguero scored his 11th hat-trick in the Premier League to tie up with record set by Allan Shearer, England international Raheem Sterling scored twice to extend his goals tally to 12 in all EPL games this season.
City have returned to the top of the Premier League with points tie with Liverpool which slid back to second position as title chase gets tougher.
