NBA Team Values 2019: Lakers, Warriors Trail As New York Knicks Tops With $4 Billion

In Eastern conference, New York Knicks are bottom of the table, but when it comes to NBA team valuations, its atop with $4 billiom and trailed by Los Angeles Lakers and season's defending champions Golden State Warriors.
The increase in values did not only have to do with the trio mentioned, but every other teams have seen growth in their worth with an average of them valued at a billion dollars.
However, Philadelphia 76ers comes out as the biggest gainer for the second the year in a row with 40% growth and valued at $1.69 billion. It ranked in 12th position in behind Toronto Raptors in the list released for 2019.
Amongst the biggest gainers that have seen incredible increase in their values in the past five years is Warriors with 367% growth followed by Lakers with 282%.
76ers recorded 252% growth in a period of five years followed by Milwaukee with 233% and in fifth is Raptors with 222% growth.
