Manchester United: Marcus Rashford Will Cost Barcelona £90 Million To Prise Away
Barcelona are aware that getting to land Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford in Nou Camp will be at a huge cost but that might not necessarily be a deterrent for them.
The need for the English ace became obvious to Barcá as Luiz Suarez is gradually showing a slowdown in his performance and a suitable replacement would definitely be needed.
To prise Rashford away from his club in summer, the Spaniards knew they might have to doll out whooping £90 million. However, the good side is the ace has no release or buyout reclause in his contract that could further increase the cost.
United might not be ready to let go of the 21-year-old soon and are already in talks with him for a new contract - his current contact with the club last until 2020 - and it is understood he is prepared to sign to a new contract that last until 2025 and is set to earn as much as £200,000-a-week from the deal according to The Mirror.
Having scored six goals in seven Premier League games under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Rashford is no doubt in sensational form and age is also on his side to bring out the best of himself over time.
