Manchester United And Marcus Rashford In Talks Over Triggering Extension Clause And Contract Renewal

Manchester United are reportedly in talks with their forward Marcus Rashford over a new contract and triggering the one year extension clause as stipulated in his contract.
The England international who made his debut with United from its academy in 2016, scored his 100th goal with the club during their 1-0 game win over Leicester City on Sunday at Kings Stadium.
Currently, his contract with United runs until 2020 and triggering the extension clause would mean he can stay at Old Trafford until 2021. And for a new contract, it has been speculated that United are considering to offer him more than triple of what he currently earn.
Besides that, Real Madrid have indicated their interest in him and are reportedly planning to launch a bid for him should he be available in summer.
Rashford earns £60,000-a-week from his contract with United, but Real plan to make a mouth-watering offer of £250,000-a-week in a bid to land his in Bernabue.
However, the England forward has been in an incredible shape under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has scored in six goals im eight Premier League games under the Norwegian.
