Liverpool: Juventus Launch £44 Million Bid For Mo Salah
Juventus have taken the first step in the pursuit of Liverpool forward Mo Salah with a transfer offer of €50 million (£44m) plus Paulo Dybala.
The move to swap the Argentine for Salah is because his performance has dropped tremendously since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo who reportedly his in support of the club's move for the Egyptian.
Having said that, Salah has been in an incredible form since he joined Liverpool from AS Roma in 2017. He finished his debut season with the club scoring 44 goals in all competitions and was voted PFA Player of the Year.
In July, he extended his contract with Liverpool for another five years but that was without release clause. Currently, he ties with Manchester City's Sergio Aguero in top goalscoring with 17 goals in Premier League games.
Unlike Salah, Dybala has managed to score eight goals in 33 appearances for Juventus which lead the Serie A with nine points clear their closest rivals Napoli.
