LeBron James Puts Up Double-Double, Leads Lakers To Beat Clippers On His Return From Injury

Lakers veteran LeBron James on his return to court following an injury, led his group through to beat Los Angeles Clippers in overtime by 123-120 at the Staples Centre on Thursday night.
The four-time MVP titlist was ruled for left groin injury which occurred during the team's 127-101 win over Golden State Warriors on Boxing Day - Lakers struggled through 17 games he was ruled out of.
However, Clippers did not come easy to beat for Lakers, as they wipped off their visitors' 14-point lead in the fourth-quarter for a tie when Tobias Harris hit a three-point with 33 second left to play.
It was a dramatic overtime with loads of misses and fraction between Lakers' Stepehnson and Avery Bradley, yet Clippers' Patrick Beverley missed free-throw awarded, giving away the game to Lakers to win.
After the game, LeBron narrated how frustrated he was watching the team lose games on the bench saying, "I came here to put a jersey and some shorta, that's what i came here to do. To lead a team the best way I know how, so that's the frustration part, when you see your team struggle and you know how much you can help them."
He finished the game putting up on tge stats double-digits of 24 points, 14 rebounds and 9 assists. He was joined in the streak by Lonzo Ball who also put up double-digits of 14 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists.
