James Harden Makes NBA Record As Rockets Lose To Denver Nuggets By 136-122

James Harden maintained his 30-point game streak despite Houston Rockets' 136 - 122 defeat on a trip to Denver Nuggets on Friday night at the Pepsi Center.
The reigning MVP titlist James did not finish the game as the leading scorer but extended his 30-point streak to 25th consecutive games for longest ever recorded in NBA history.
Rockets conceded their second game in a role after losing 116-121 to Pelicans on Wednesday, as Nuggets fired up the game from the second quarter, holding up the lead through to buzzer with Malik Beasley and Nikola Jokic leading the group to their 17-in-18 home game victory of the season.
"We are not scared of anybody," Nuggets coach Michael Malone said expressing his confidence in the team "If we play them in the playoffs, now we know we've beaten his team. We know what it takes to beat them."
Harden reached his 30th point late fourth-quarter posting a three-point basket with 1:01 minutes left to play. In the stats, he trailed behind Nuggets' Jokic who put up a double-digits of 31 points, 13 rebounds, and 9 assists and Beasley led the scoring with career-high of 35 points, 2 rebounds, and 3 assists.
Beasley, who led Nuggets to outclass their opponents scoring 22 points in the first half alone, said this is a message from him to everyone that he is just as good as any player out there.
"I definitely think this is a statement performance to show the world who I am. I'm not just out there on the bench...I am a player. I work hard just like everybody else,"
