Cristiano Ronaldo Lashes Out At Atletico Madrid, Says "I've Won Five Champions League"
Atletico Madrid did the unexpected to Juventus and that was beaten the Italian champions 2-0 in the first leg tie of Champions League Last 16.
The goal margin could have been wider than that if not for the VAR overruling Alvaro Morata's goal with a header from Filipe Luis' cross midway the second half.
The match was like no other for Cristiano Ronaldo who was singled out by Atletico's fans and was booed and jeered at as his team went down in defeat at Wanda Metropolitano Stadium on Wednesday.
However, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner responded to the provocation from the opposing fans and simply held up his hands, gesturing with his fingers that he is a five-time winner of Champions League title.
The Portuguese could not stay help not firing back at his opponents during a press conference which he rushed through and when he was leaving said to the audience "I've won five Champions League and the guys [Atletico Madrid players] have won nothing."

Whilst it seemed like Ronaldo's hope of winning the Champions League title on debut at Juventus is slipping away, his performance at the club is remarkable and has scored 21 goals and 10 assists in all competitions this season.
Also, Juve manager Massimiliano Allegri has a message for the Spaniards and recalled how they fought back against Real Madrid last season saying: "We were not dead after the 3-0 home defeat against Madrid last season and we are not dead now."
Juve will host Atletico Madrid in Turin for their second leg tie on March 2, and ahead of the match Allegri has this to tell his team, "we have to forget defeat quickly and try to play better in Turin because against a team like Atletico you miss a pass and you are in trouble."
