2019 NAACP Image Awards Nominations: Black Panther Tops With 14, Childish Gambino Gets Five

Just as the just concluded Grammy Awards, Donald Glover otherwise known as Childish Gambino might be set for yet another memorable night following his nominations for five awards in the 2019 NAACP Awards.
Winston Duke from 'Black Panther' and Logan Browning announced the nominees on Wednesday and the 35-year-old actor/rapper was named amongst nominees nominated for Best Male Performer for his song "This Is America".
Winston Duke and Logan Browning 
Glover's series 'Atlanta' was also nominated for Best Comedy Series and for his role in the comedy as actor and director, he also got a nomination for outstanding directing for a comedy series of the year.
Topping the list is Marvel's superhero film 'Black Panther' taking 14 nominations and its director Ryan Cooglar got a nominated for best entertainer of the year. Ryan will contest for the award alongside Beyoncé, Lakers and NBA supertar LeBron James and Regina Kings.
