Steve Curry Leads Warriors To Crush Phoenix Suns By 109-132
Phoenix Suns did not stand a chance with Golden State Warriors which thrashed them 109 - 132 for their third consecutive winless run and 17th straight defeat to the championship holders.
The home lost its grip on the game from the second quarter and it became even worse in the third quarter as Kevin Durant posted 2 3-pointers and two free throws that extend the lead by 105-87.
At the buzzer in the third quarter, Quinn Cook added a 3-pointer and Curry bashed the home side with two 3-pointers and a two point to extend the score even further early in fourth quarter by 116-89. At this point, the game could well be ruled over before the buzzer.
The loss made it Phoenix Suns' eighth straight home defeat to Golden State Warriors.
The two-time MVP winner, Curry, finished the game scoring a game-high 34 points,
9 rebounds and 4 assists followed by Durant with 25 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists.
