Steve Curry Breaks Jason Terry's Record For 3-Pointer As Warriors Beat Chicago Bulls By 146-109

Golden State Warriors maintained unbeaten run against Chicago Bulls winning their first meeting of the season by 146-109 at the Oracle Arena on Friday.
It was a record-setting game for Steve Curry who put in five 3-pointers and moved up to third place behind Reggie Miller (2,560) and Ray Allen (2,973).
Curry scored the fifth 3-pointer in the third quarter to upset previous record set by Jason Terry (2,282) for NBA all-time 3-pointer scoring leaders. He finished the game with 28 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists behind Klay Thompson who topped with 30 points, 2 rebounds and an assist.
Speaking on record set by Curry, Kevin Durant believes he can make it to the top spot in at least two seasons if he kept the pace.
"He sets such a high standard and a high bar...he has another season or two until he gets to the No. 1 spot and then he'll shatter that record."
Meanwhile, the opening quarter was the worst ever recorded in Bulls' history dropping behind Warriors by 28 points, paving the way to the home side to cruise through the game for their third consecutive victories over their opponents. On the other hands, it was Warriors biggest lead in a quarter since 1991 with 30-point against San Antonio Spurs.
