Premier League: Manchester United Extend Streak Under Ole Gunnar Solkjaer To Six Straight Wins After Beating Tottenham 1-0

Marcus Rashford led the way for Manchester United to extend its winning streak under Ole Gunnar Solkjaer to six straight wins after beating Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspurs 1-0 at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
United held their ground against Spurs' dominance and goalkeeper David de Gea also showed great competence during the match stopping several attempts from Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
Spurs conceded the goal that decided the fate of the game when Paul Pogba lobbed a pass from the center of the pitch through to Rashford Marcus for a fast break, and the England international perfectly finished smashing low right footed shot from inside the box to the bottom right of the post in 44th minutes.
This may have just proved the competence of the Norwegian to lead United as against the Argentine who was previously linked to the club for managerial appointment in summer  - mind you, it could not be denied that Spurs were excellent during that match only that David Gea saved United from losing the match.
Spurs' defeat to United left them with just a point clear their West London opponents Chelsea which trailed with 47 points as Red Devils tie point with Arsenal to be in six position.
