Manchester United: Maroune Fellaini Ruled Out For Calf Injury
Manchester United has ruled out Maroune Fellaini for more than three weeks due to calf injury he picked up in training session.
Club manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made it known on Friday that the Belgium international who has been actively training with his teammates will miss home game against Brighton & Albion Hove on Saturday and might have to spend some more time on sideline until he is fit to make an appearance.
"He'll probably be at least three or four weeks," Solskjaer revealed "Then again he'll be working hard to get back in when all the big games are coming as well."
Fellaini has not be making much of the fixtures since the Norwegian was appointed interim manager - he has only made an appearnace and that was just for 31 minutes.
However, it does not seemed as the midfielder's stay at Old Trafford is over following a statement from Solskjaer stating that the club is not opened to any business with an clubs when AC Milan and Celtics showed interest in the 31-year-old.
