Real Madrid remain keen on getting a deal with Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard and are reportedly hoping that he would join the side by next summer.
The Begium international has since summer been linked to Real and at some points made known is interest in playing for the side which are searching for a suitable replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo who joined Juventus in summer.
According to AS, it is believed that Hazard and Real have already agreed terms but Chelsea would let go of him that easily, and are reportedly planning a transfer fee of £150 million which might be a cut-off-neck deal for Real Madrid to spend of the 27-year-old.
Speaking about Hazard's link to Real, Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri revealed he needed the midfielder at the club and would sign him to a new contract immediately if he chooses to stay.
"It's up to him. I think the club is available to sign a new contract immediately, but it's up to him if he want to renew or not," say Sarri.
However, it is believed that the Bernabue side is planning to swap Mateo Kovacic who currently on loan to Chelsea to get a good bargain for the Belgian.
