Premier League: Wolves Stunningly Beat Tottenham Hotspur 3-1
It stunning how Wolverhampton came from behind and delivered a resounding 1-3 victory over Tottenham Hotspur and that dealt a huge blow at their title chase against Liverpool.
Spurs opened the scoring from a superb 25-yard left footed shot finish from Harry Kane in the first half and could not extend the lead only for Wolves to get an equalizer from Willy Boly's header in the second half after a corner.
Wolves soon double their scores as Raul Jimenez smashed a weak shot through Alderweireld's legs and beat Hugo Lloris to the bottom right of the post.
And Helder Costa completed the scores for Wolves adding in the third goal following a fast break with a through pass from Matt Doherty in the 87th minutes.
Maurizio Pocchettino ended the year with Spurs' first Premier League defeat to Wolves in eight years and also the team's first defeat in 27 unbeaten game run which ended to the newly promoted side.
However, Harry scored his 13th goal in the Premier League in 20 appearances which is mid-season highest goal for a player in Spurs.
