Premier League: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer Win With Manchester United On His Debut
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer got a win on his debut with Manchester United, who on trip took turns scoring to beat Cardiff 5-0.
United recorded their first victory without its former manager Jose Mourinho who was axed after losing 3-1 to Liverpool at Anfield Stadium last weekend.
It didn't take longer than three minutes when Marcus Rashford put United in the lead with a superb finish from a free-kick, then Ander Herera added in the second goal by smashing in the ball from outside the box.
Rashford was penalised for hand ball in the box and Victor Camarasa converted the spot kick for Cardiff. Just before half time, Anthony Martial brilliant finish from 8-yard extended the margin for United by 3-1.
Jesse Lingard scored the reminders of the goals by converting a penalty and finished Pogba's pass for the fifth, as the team claimed their first game under the Norwegian.
