Meek Mill Explains What Being Free Means In "What's Free" Featuring Rick Ross and Jay-Z
Meek Mill is loud and clear on his take on social justice system, and in his collaboration with Rick Ross and Jay-Z on "What's Free" he yet rapped about it.
Dropping his voice on the bar, Meek started off rapping, "You know what free is n***a/ What's free?/ Free is when nobody else could tell us what to be," and that tell the rapper's experience with justice system that led to his re-arrest, leading to incarceration for 5 months for an offence he committed 10 years ago.

During his interview on Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, the Philly native narrated how he knew he was going to to be releases from prison and needs for reforms in the United States criminal justice system.
"I was watching the news and [I saw] 'Meek Mill is up for bail'. I dropped my food and jumped up in the air. I was leaving 10 minutes later. I came outside and I was kind of dizzy," he told Ellen.
