Brandon Ingram Leads Lakers To End Drought By Beating Sacramento Kings
LeBron James received a gift from his team Lakers on his 34th birthday and that was ending winless run without him by beating Sacramento Kings 121-114 on Sunday night.
Kings were much in control of the game from second quarter and Brandon Ingram did the needful in fourth quarter as he fired Lakers up in the lead to win the game.
Speaking about the game, Kyle Kuzma has a lot to praise Ingram for saying, "He did a great job of facilitating tonight. Finding that balance of driving, not settling for mid-range jump shots and getting to that rim."
With 2.13 second remaining, Ingram posted a 3-pointer that put Lakers ahead by 113-110. He finished the night scoring 21 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 blocks and one steal.
Team manager said about Ingram saying, "With him, it's not about looking for his teammates first or not, it's just making the right play. I thought tonight he did that."
Kentavios Caldwell-Pope led the scores with 23 points and 3 rebounds followed by Josh Hart by 22 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.
