Raheem Sterling Extends Contract With Manchester City Until 2023
Raheem Sterling has extended his contract with Manchester City after signing to a three-year deal with the club on Friday.
The England international stand to earn £300,000-a-week from the new contract, making him one of the best-paid player in the Premier League.
Before the renewal, the forward has a season left in the previous contract he signed in 2015 with club for £49m from Liverpool.
"I'm delighted to sign," says Sterling "I felt from the minutrs i got here it was the right choi e for me. It's paid off and I'm really grateful."
In 106 appearances, the 23-year-old has scored 37 goal for City. This season, he completed his seventh goal during City's 6-0 win over Shakhtar Doneskt in the Champions League on Wednesday.
