Gucci Mane Disgrees With Baby Mama's Demand Of $20,000/Month In Child Support
Gucci Mane is not having his baby mama Sheena Evans' demand of $20,000 a month in child support to look after their son and is asking the court to jettison her lawsuit.
The child in question, Keitheon, was born to Gucci in 2007, and both agreed to his custody and support back in 2011 with Evan having the primary custody of the 11-year-old.
In August, Evan filed a lawsuit against the rapper asking the court to review the amount she is getting in child support, with the claims that there has been changes in his finances since his release from prison in 2016.
She argued that if the rapper could spend more than $1 million on his wedding to Keyshia Ka'oir, obviously he is thriving in his music career and businesses.
However, Gucci did not dispute fact that he is rich and famous, but declined spending over $1 million on his wedding to Keyshia, and demands that the court grant him legal order not to declare his finances to Evans and her legal team because he risks having his information leaked to the public by doing so.
Also, he wants the court to squash the case in the sense that on no grounds would she needs $20,000 to look after their son, Keitheon.
Currently Evans is getting $2,026 a month from Gucci on court order, and now she argued it should be reviewed to $20,000 to cover monthly cost of her son's dry cleaning ($800), clothings ($1,000), grooming ($150) and extramural activities ($2,800).
