Arsene Wenger Predicts Use Of Robots As Football Club Managers

As the use of smart machines are becoming popular in businesses, former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes the trend will someday catch up with football.
The Frenchman, 69, in an interview with beIN Sports, shared his opinion on how Twitter poll can be used to make changes in football team, which in effect he believes in the future will be good substitute for team managers in making changes in half time.
"I've said many times, you could imagine the next chairman who says that the social networks can make a change in the second half.," says Wenger.
He believes the sport has set itself on the path of the use of robots which he "would not accept" but inevitably will be "become more and more entrenched"
According to him the use of AI (artificial intelligence) can do just what he would do as a manger, given how that is achievable he says, "It's not for me, there's something I call intuition, I grew up and used my own eyes. You can as well imagine that in 20 years, a robot will sit in front of you."
Wenger reigned at Arsenal form 22 years and won three Premier League titles, seven FA Cups and seven Community Shields.
