Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Set To Face Custody Trail
The discrepancies between Angelina Jolie and her estranged husband Brad Pitt over the custody of their six kids has entered a new dimension and a lawsuit is been filed before the court.
In a lawsuit filed at an LA Superior Court, the parents are demanding that a custody trail and a judge be arranged for custody trial, to look into their applications on how the laws apply to their situation.
Custody trial is reportedly set to begin on 4 December, as Angelina is demanding a full custody of their children whilst Brad Pitt believes responsibility should be split between them.
Few months ago, the actor agreed to temporary custody with the actress, and now that their divorce situation has heated up, the actor wants to be part of their children's upbringing after raising an accusation of being technically forced out of the process by his ex wife, Jolie.
